FLIGHTS: Multiple, transfers, connecting, cancelled

For Multiple Flights / Transfers

• Be informed of the terminal where you will arrive at and depart from.

• For flight transfers, please proceed to the transfer desk for directions.

• Change some money into the local currency. Have small amounts of the local currency easily accessible for transportation and small items that need to be paid for in cash. Currency changers are available at the airport.

• Use taxis, transportation and tour services with official markings.

• Take transport from proper pick-up points and hubs.

Connecting Flights

• Know your flight number and exact time of arrivals / departures for each flight in your ticket. All flight times are reflected in the local time zone. Check the flight info boards for the corresponding terminals and boarding gate.

• If you were not given your boarding pass to your connecting flight/s at your airport of origin, secure your onward boarding pass at the transfer desk.

• In case of misconnection due to flight delay, immediately contact the airline for assistance that may be provided in accordance to their policy.

• For passengers carrying separate tickets for connection, please note that the airline is not responsible for your onward travel in case of misconnection due to flight delay.

Flight Cancellation

• Immediately request the Airline to book you on the next available flight.

• When assistance from the Airline is not available or unclear, do not hesitate to contact your Travel Consultant for support.
