Brings new accounts and promote good business relationship with clients and global partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
ACCOUNT ACQUISITION
- Generate new sales and keep track of prospective clients
- Conduct sales calls and make regular client visits for the existing and prospective accounts
- Identify all possible customer needs, requirements and expectations
- Deliver effective client presentations according to the assessed needs
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Identify industries where business opportunities are marketable
- Identify and attend related events where potential M.I.C.E. / Corporate / Marine business can be generated
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Make regular visits to clients and suppliers to establish good business relationships
- Look after the quality standard to ensure clients are satisfied with services
- Review sales performance of each account.
- Help out to analyze potential market and determine the value of existing and prospective customer
