Job Summary

Brings new accounts and promote good business relationship with clients and global partners.

Duties and Responsibilities

ACCOUNT ACQUISITION

  1. Generate  new sales  and keep track of prospective clients
  2. Conduct sales calls and make regular client visits for the  existing and prospective accounts
  3. Identify all possible customer needs, requirements and expectations
  4. Deliver effective client presentations according to the assessed needs
  5. Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  6. Identify industries where  business opportunities are marketable
  7. Identify and attend related events where potential M.I.C.E. / Corporate / Marine business can be generated

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  1. Resolve customer concerns in a  timely and effective manner
  2. Make regular visits  to clients and suppliers  to establish good business relationships
  3. Look after the quality standard to ensure clients are satisfied with services
  4. Review sales performance of each account.
  5. Help out to analyze potential market and determine the value of existing and prospective customer
